Step 4

ODOR NEUTRALIZATION & ENCAPSULATION

Ozone treatments are the best way to neutralize cigarette smoke and other aggressive odors. This high-tech deodorizing method uses ozone gas to break down and remove odor-causing molecules and bacteria. Oasis Restoration will repeat this process up to six times to permanently eliminate cigarette smoke from your home. For materials where odor and contaminants have penetrated into load bearing surfaces, Oasis Restoration will also utilize several different methods such as odor locking paint, thermal fogging, and Ultra Low Volume (ULV) disinfectants for safe measures.

VENTILATION ENHANCEMENT

Ventilation is critical to remove odors and prevent contaminants from sticking around. Our crews will recommend and install added ventilation improvements such as exhaust fans and HVAC modifications to increase airflow and present smoke particle accumulation.
